Requirements
- 5+ years leading enterprise change initiatives with proven business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in change leadership frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong background in Microsoft technologies including M365 Copilot AI tools.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience developing training and communication assets across formats.
- Agile mindset with the ability to pivot in dynamic environments.
- Self-starter capability.
- Big 4 consulting experience preferred.
- Change management certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder interviews to inform tailored change strategies.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to build advocacy.
- Create communication strategies and content including executive messaging, guides, and videos.
- Design and facilitate training sessions and develop scalable learning resources.
- Define, collect, and analyze adoption metrics.
- Coach project sponsors and leaders as change champions.
- Build and manage change networks.
- Identify resistance sources and develop mitigation strategies.
- Partner with client teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Participate in pre-sales efforts including scoping and drafting statements of work.
