Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or organizational change management.
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 or Copilot adoption programs in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of AI adoption, digital workplace transformation, and organizational readiness frameworks.
- Experience applying structured change management methodologies such as Prosci or equivalent.
- Ability to design and deliver communication, training, and enablement programs at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business, IT, and executive leadership teams.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and consulting skills in complex environments.
- Experience developing adoption metrics, dashboards, or performance measurement frameworks (e.g., Power BI is a plus).
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and prioritization of business cases for AI and digital transformation initiatives based on value impact and feasibility.
- Design and execute enterprise-level AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption strategies aligned with organizational transformation goals.
- Conduct readiness and change maturity assessments, identifying gaps and defining actionable enablement roadmaps.
- Develop and implement training, skilling, and learning strategies to support effective user adoption across business units.
- Create communication and engagement plans that drive awareness, reduce resistance, and encourage long-term behavioral change.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and executive stakeholders to track adoption progress and measure value realization.
- Apply structured change management and Microsoft adoption frameworks to guide implementation and success measurement.
- Design and interpret adoption metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
