Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles in sales or IT operations
  • Experience with a major telco in Canada
  • Knowledge of technology services sales and negotiating principles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple moving targets with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Attend and manage quarterly customer temperature calls
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate monthly billing
  • Create and follow up on Change Requests and Delivery Acceptance Forms
  • Update client pipelines and manage CRM entries
  • Represent Revenue team on onboarding kickoff calls
