- Knowledge of technology services sales and negotiating principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple moving targets with shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Attend and manage quarterly customer temperature calls
- Manage customer escalations and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate monthly billing
- Create and follow up on Change Requests and Delivery Acceptance Forms
- Update client pipelines and manage CRM entries
- Represent Revenue team on onboarding kickoff calls
