Requirements

- Experience dealing with large customers and complex support issues

- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to influence and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Understand client business and technical requirements
- Identify and drive improvements to technical infrastructure stability and scale
- Ensure effective platform adoption through solution-oriented problem solving
- Conduct periodic meetings to ensure satisfaction and maintain project visibility
- Manage complex support issues beyond standard help desk queries
- Analyze and mitigate risk associated with product updates
- Act as a direct point of escalation for high-impact support cases
- Ensure clients have visibility into product releases and roadmaps
