  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry

  • Ability to influence and coordinate internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Understand client business and technical requirements
  • Identify and drive improvements to technical infrastructure stability and scale
  • Ensure effective platform adoption through solution-oriented problem solving
  • Conduct periodic meetings to ensure satisfaction and maintain project visibility
  • Manage complex support issues beyond standard help desk queries
  • Analyze and mitigate risk associated with product updates
  • Act as a direct point of escalation for high-impact support cases
  • Ensure clients have visibility into product releases and roadmaps
