Requirements
- 10–15+ years of Java experience
- Deep eTrading or Front Office technology experience
- Background in OMS, pricing engines, pre-trade risk or execution systems
- Domain knowledge in Fixed Income, FX, Swaps or Derivatives
- Production experience with Kafka, JMS or Solace
- Deep Java internals: JVM, garbage collection, memory management, performance tuning
- Multithreading and concurrency at enterprise scale
- Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD experience
- English C1 proficiency
Responsibilities
- Build and own electronic trading systems
- Work with traders, quants and Front Office stakeholders
- Design high-performance, low-latency, real-time backend components
- Lead a growing team of 2–4 engineers while staying 90% hands-on
- Drive architecture decisions on distributed trading infrastructure
- Migrate to Kubernetes-based microservices
- Implement and optimize multithreaded, concurrent systems
