Requirements
- Actively licensed therapist, clinical psychologist, PMHNP-BC, or psychiatrist (MD/DO).
- 10+ years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
- Deep expertise in clinical education and adult learning including instructional design.
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Docebo, Intellum, or Canvas.
- Experience in a high-growth health care, health tech, or digital health environment.
- Strong data orientation and experience building measurable systems using tools like Looker.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and marketing.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Builder's mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the visibility and integrity of Headway's provider network by tracking key indicators of network health.
- Expand and lead the clinical education function by defining vision and quarterly roadmaps.
- Develop targeted education and remediation programs for 60,000+ providers on clinical standards and regulatory compliance.
- Design and curate scalable learning experiences across the provider lifecycle including onboarding and CE/CME.
- Manage the LMS and community platforms for content delivery and learner tracking.
- Support a connected provider community through webinars, town halls, and peer learning.
- Establish and own education KPIs such as learning outcomes and provider satisfaction.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to embed education into the provider experience.
