Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in nursing, healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in patient services, patient education, field reimbursement, nurse education, specialty pharmaceutical field roles, healthcare, or related functions.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing field-based teams.
- Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy, patient support programs, and common barriers to treatment access.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build scalable processes.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing field-based team of Patient Education Liaisons.
- Establish the strategy, operating model, performance expectations, and development plans for the organization.
- Develop and execute strategies that improve patient and caregiver education, confidence, and treatment readiness.
- Oversee the development and implementation of patient education tools, resources, and support programs.
- Lead a team that helps patients and caregivers navigate access-related challenges.
- Partner with Patient Services, specialty pharmacy partners, healthcare providers, and Market Access teams to facilitate timely therapy initiation.
- Collaborate on launch readiness activities, patient support initiatives, and field execution strategies.
- Ensure all patient-facing activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
