Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in complex technical delivery, platform implementation, or cross-functional technology programs.
- Background in enterprise-scale execution in regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, pharma, biotech, etc.).
- Proven ability to drive structured execution through ambiguity.
- Strong skills in sequencing, dependency mapping, and decision-making under constraints.
- Solid technical fluency across digital workflows, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled systems.
- Demonstrated experience defining and enforcing delivery quality standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile delivery, release management, and operational risk practices.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution orchestration across the solution lifecycle, including intake shaping, pilot validation, adoption readiness, and enterprise implementation handoff.
- Define, enforce, and continuously improve scale-readiness standards, including quality gates, acceptance criteria, and operational guardrails.
- Manage sequencing, dependencies, and risk across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, product, and delivery teams to align on backlog readiness, testing strategy, environment setup, release planning, and cutover execution.
- Convert validated pilots into fully documented, implementation-ready packages that enable predictable scaling.
- Act as the final technical execution authority to arbitrate trade-offs in scope, feasibility, and sequencing.
- Establish closed-loop feedback mechanisms from field adoption to refine execution frameworks.
