Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience in complex technical delivery, platform implementation, or cross-functional technology programs.
Background in enterprise-scale execution in regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, pharma, biotech, etc.).
Proven ability to drive structured execution through ambiguity.
Strong skills in sequencing, dependency mapping, and decision-making under constraints.
Solid technical fluency across digital workflows, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled systems.
Demonstrated experience defining and enforcing delivery quality standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with agile delivery, release management, and operational risk practices.

Own end-to-end execution orchestration across the solution lifecycle, including intake shaping, pilot validation, adoption readiness, and enterprise implementation handoff.
Define, enforce, and continuously improve scale-readiness standards, including quality gates, acceptance criteria, and operational guardrails.
Manage sequencing, dependencies, and risk across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Partner with engineering, product, and delivery teams to align on backlog readiness, testing strategy, environment setup, release planning, and cutover execution.
Convert validated pilots into fully documented, implementation-ready packages that enable predictable scaling.
Act as the final technical execution authority to arbitrate trade-offs in scope, feasibility, and sequencing.
Establish closed-loop feedback mechanisms from field adoption to refine execution frameworks.
