Requirements
- Good understanding of recruiting process
- Experience with a dimensional data model supporting a business intelligence and reporting environment
- Proficient in designing multi-dimensional databases
- Ability to interact with and support a data warehouse
Responsibilities
- Act as lead, scheduling work, resolving escalated issues, reporting information to management
- Identifies reoccurring and potential problems, formulates and implements process/controls and documents for prevention
- Provide all levels of technical support on system issues
- Responsible for evaluation and scheduling of software upgrades, testing PTFs and general maintenance of system tools
- Coordinate with business product developers and report back to group on any new enhancements or product releases
- Constant review of application environments, notification of potential risks and implementing corrective measures
