Requirements
- 10+ years IT experience
- 5 years ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design
- Proven track record architecting large-scale, complex ServiceNow implementations
- Expertise in core ServiceNow components: Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Discovery, Performance Analytics, Custom Apps
- Understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC modules
- Experience with REST, SOAP, JDBC integration design patterns
- Hands-on development experience (ServiceNow Javascript & Studio/App Engine)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), System Administrator (CSA), or Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap aligned with business needs
- Lead the architecture and design of solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITBM/PPM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, Integration Services, Intelligence & AI, ITSM / DevOps etc.)
- Own platform standards, design patterns, reusable components, and architectural governance
- Evaluate and drive adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities and releases
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across ServiceNow projects
- Lead high-level design, integration patterns, and performance/scalability best practices
- Partner with ServiceNow developers, product owners, business analysts, and project teams
