Responsibilities

  • Support Team Members in all Departments
  • Updating the HR/ Employee database management
  • Performing Office Maintenance and Admin related duties
  • Co-coordinating and helping the accounts team Expense and Asset Management
  • Managing Recruitment / Staffing; joining and relieving formalities
  • Handling / supporting of the Recruitment Process
  • Employee Attendance and leave management and records
  • Payroll activities
  • Review and process reimbursements
  • Prepare budgets
  • Keep records of invoices and tax payments
  • Manage companys liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
  • Identify and address account discrepancies
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
