Responsibilities
- Support Team Members in all Departments
- Updating the HR/ Employee database management
- Performing Office Maintenance and Admin related duties
- Co-coordinating and helping the accounts team Expense and Asset Management
- Managing Recruitment / Staffing; joining and relieving formalities
- Handling / supporting of the Recruitment Process
- Employee Attendance and leave management and records
- Payroll activities
- Review and process reimbursements
- Prepare budgets
- Keep records of invoices and tax payments
- Manage companys liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
