Requirements
- 8–10 years of B2B performance marketing experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Direct ABM platform experience (6sense or equivalent).
- Fluency with intent signal activation.
- Strong attribution fundamentals with experience in GCLID mapping and CRM-integrated reporting.
- Experience managing or directing an external paid media agency.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
- Comfortable presenting performance data and strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact and strategic owner for paid media agency.
- Own channel strategy across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Manage budget pacing and allocation across business units and segments.
- Design and activate 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM plays.
- Build and manage intent-based audience segments in 6sense.
- Maintain conversion tracking, GCLID mapping, and UTM governance.
- Deliver performance reporting across all channels.
- Run structured experiments on creative, audiences, and bidding strategies.
