Requirements

  • 8–10 years of B2B performance marketing experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Direct ABM platform experience (6sense or equivalent).
  • Fluency with intent signal activation.
  • Strong attribution fundamentals with experience in GCLID mapping and CRM-integrated reporting.
  • Experience managing or directing an external paid media agency.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
  • Comfortable presenting performance data and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact and strategic owner for paid media agency.
  • Own channel strategy across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Manage budget pacing and allocation across business units and segments.
  • Design and activate 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM plays.
  • Build and manage intent-based audience segments in 6sense.
  • Maintain conversion tracking, GCLID mapping, and UTM governance.
  • Deliver performance reporting across all channels.
  • Run structured experiments on creative, audiences, and bidding strategies.
