Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience in marketing operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced HubSpot administration experience.
- Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, and funnel optimization.
- Experience managing marketing automation platforms.
- Strong background in data governance, database management, and enrichment strategies.
- Experience building workflows, automation, and scalable operational processes.
- Experience working within Salesforce environments and partnering with Sales Operations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience supporting account-based marketing and buying group initiatives.
- Strong project management, documentation, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, administration, and governance of marketing systems, lead management processes, and reporting infrastructure.
- Define metrics and develop dashboards providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Monitor and analyze funnel performance and marketing contribution to pipeline.
- Drive sales and marketing alignment through initiatives that support lead management and governance.
- Serve as the primary administrator for core marketing technologies.
- Partner with Sales Operations and IT to design solutions for operational efficiency and scalability.
- Execute database strategy including enrichment, segmentation, and contact acquisition.
- Identify opportunities to modernize operations through workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing compliance.
