Requirements

- 5 years relevant experience with BS/BA degree (or equivalent years based on education level)
- Demonstrate capability within Cyberspace IT workforce per DoD 8140
- Industry certification (e.g., A+ or Network+) or equivalent training
- Proficiency in Python or Java
- Experience with SQL (Oracle)
- Familiarity with Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Experience with AWS GovCloud services
- Experience with CMS platforms
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate medium-complexity web applications, CMS extensions, and RESTful APIs.
- Implement backend services with secure patterns (authN/authZ, logging, error handling).
- Integrate with enterprise identity solutions like SSO/CAC.
- Lead CMS feature development and content rendering optimizations.
- Ensure adherence to Section 508 accessibility and performance targets.
- Build automated unit/integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines.
- Support database schema changes and data migrations.
- Author ETL/ELT jobs for dashboards and data lakes.
