  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Specialist
  • Strong understanding of HR administrative functions
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in written communication
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with MS Office/SharePoint/OneDrive
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
  • Graphic design skills using Canva
  • Social media management experience

Responsibilities

  • Review all current company employment agreements against the Manufacturing Award MA000010
  • Cross-check employee pay rates against Award classifications to confirm compliance
  • Identify gaps in leave entitlements, penalty rates, and overtime
  • Draft updated or new employment agreements
  • Build and maintain an HR compliance register
  • Develop or update basic HR policy documents
  • Set up a repeatable onboarding process
  • Monitor emails and maintain ERP/CRM records
  • Manage social media content calendar and create visual assets in Canva
  • Report monthly social media analytics
