Requirements
- 2+ years of actuarial, financial analysis, or related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
- Solid analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and respond to customer inquiries with a strong sense of urgency.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection.
- Located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying tools (preferred).
- Exposure to investments, banking, pension risk transfer (PRT), or related financial services areas (preferred).
- Experience building financial models, forecasts, or management reporting (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, assess performance, and provide recommendations to business leaders.
- Develop, validate, and maintain actuarial models, reports, forecasts, and projections used in product management and business planning.
- Support product pricing, profitability analysis, and other actuarial research initiatives.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, and analyses for customers, management and business partners.
- Participate in special projects and collaborate across teams to evaluate business opportunities, process improvements, and financial impacts.
