Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles.
- Familiarity with government contracting (FAR, IDIQ, GWACS, MACs) and RFP processes.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry structure and tiered supply chains.
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Experience with CRM systems (Unanet or Deltek preferred).
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting GovCon Business Development (Shipley training preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assess and qualify business opportunities by analyzing leads from internal and external platforms.
- Mature leads through the qualification process and support capture planning.
- Manage CRM system to track and update pipeline information and generate reports.
- Conduct research and analysis of aerospace OEMs, Tier suppliers, and competitors.
- Develop competitive intelligence profiles and maintain a market intelligence repository.
- Prepare capabilities matrices and assist in responding to RFI and market research.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and pipeline performance.
- Coordinate industry conference participation.
