Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
- Significant hands-on experience in Salesforce administration or functional support.
- Demonstrated ownership of a CRM platform or major application.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate operational needs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, consultants, or managed service providers.
- Familiarity with structured service management or change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, IS, or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator) preferred.
- Experience supporting healthcare/regulated environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional owner of the Salesforce environment.
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, security settings, and system features.
- Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flows.
- Manage releases, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Coordinate integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Establish data quality standards and governance practices.
- Serve as the escalation point for user support and training.
