Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
  • Significant hands-on experience in Salesforce administration or functional support.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a CRM platform or major application.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate operational needs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, consultants, or managed service providers.
  • Familiarity with structured service management or change management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, IS, or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator) preferred.
  • Experience supporting healthcare/regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary functional owner of the Salesforce environment.
  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, security settings, and system features.
  • Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flows.
  • Manage releases, testing, and deployment.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Coordinate integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Establish data quality standards and governance practices.
  • Serve as the escalation point for user support and training.
