Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Operations Analyst, or similar in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise generative AI tools (Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or comparable).
- Experience with user provisioning, usage monitoring, cost management, and policy enforcement.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience translating business problems into actionable specifications for engineering or ops teams.
- Proven experience building and running enablement programs, documentation, or training.
- Strong ability to cross-functionally collaborate with IT, Security, and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI governance and policy implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration, governance, and user support for the enterprise AI tool stack.
- Partner with the Senior AI Product Owner to gather workflow requirements and translate business problems into technical specs.
- Build and maintain reusable AI frameworks and patterns to scale adoption.
- Support the agent development lifecycle, including intake reviews and backlog management.
- Lead company-wide AI enablement programs, documentation, and training.
- Act as the bridge between IT, Security, Finance, and the business regarding AI tooling decisions and governance.
