Requirements
- Personally owned a SOC 2 or ISO audit end-to-end with a zero-exception report.
- Working AWS knowledge including IAM, S3, KMS, and CloudTrail.
- Ability to understand and critically review Terraform/IaC with AI assistance.
- High ownership and accountability for end-to-end program delivery.
- Excellent written English for customer-facing documentation and policies.
- Comfortable with async collaboration across Europe and the U.S.
- Solid grasp of attacker techniques and modern application security.
- Experience in secure code review, including AI/LLM systems.
- Experience tuning detection systems and running incident response.
Responsibilities
- Own SOC 2 and keep Drata green.
- Lead ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 implementation.
- Run the customer security questionnaire process.
- Perform AWS remediation in response to Drata findings.
- Oversee and extend scanner-findings automation in Linear.
- Perform light secure code reviews, especially for AI/LLM systems.
- Run tabletop exercises and mature the Incident Response Plan.
- Execute annual external and regular internal penetration tests.
- Own access provisioning and revocation.
- Shape and execute security program direction in partnership with the Sr. Director.
