Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, CIS, Software Engineering or related degree
- 8+ years of experience in Large Scale Enterprise Development
- Extensive knowledge of Python, JAVA, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery
- Experience with backend service development and APIs
- Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI
- Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs
- Experience with Prompt design, tool orchestration, response evaluation, retrieval, search, or reranking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy production software for an agentic chatbot platform
- Deliver clean, efficient code based on sprint commitments
- Participate in design discussions and provide influential contributions
- Collaborate with Product, Tech Leads, and Architects on design strategy
- Provide merge request feedback focused on security, performance, and maintainability
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
