Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.
- Experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R) is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define data requirements and support campaign planning.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Use data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.
- Perform operations, strategy, and specific KOL traffic analysis and performance analysis (registration conversion).
