Requirements
- 5+ years in account management, client success, or partner management.
- Experience in games industry or creative/technical services environment.
- Track record of growing accounts quarter-over-quarter.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships.
- Strong working knowledge of co-development, game services, or external development.
- Outstanding relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial fluency regarding costs, margins, and scope changes.
- Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of active co-development accounts.
- Build deep, trusted relationships at every level of each client organisation.
- Maintain client satisfaction through regular check-ins and structured feedback loops.
- Monitor the health of active engagements and mitigate risks.
- Partner with Production Leads to ensure project status and quality visibility.
- Set and pursue quarterly growth targets for existing accounts.
- Grow engagements organically by identifying expansion opportunities.
- Maintain CRM excellence and keep account records updated.
- Prepare regular account status reports.
