Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, client success, or partner management.
  • Experience in games industry or creative/technical services environment.
  • Track record of growing accounts quarter-over-quarter.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships.
  • Strong working knowledge of co-development, game services, or external development.
  • Outstanding relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial fluency regarding costs, margins, and scope changes.
  • Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of active co-development accounts.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships at every level of each client organisation.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through regular check-ins and structured feedback loops.
  • Monitor the health of active engagements and mitigate risks.
  • Partner with Production Leads to ensure project status and quality visibility.
  • Set and pursue quarterly growth targets for existing accounts.
  • Grow engagements organically by identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM excellence and keep account records updated.
  • Prepare regular account status reports.
