Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global customers during product implementation, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementation projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop, track, and report on customer success metrics, using data to drive improvements in service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to define strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and align with business objectives.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the implementation workflow to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Proactively identify potential risks associated with customer projects and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative environment across departments, including sales, engineering, and support teams, to ensure alignment on customer objectives.
