Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program or project management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, technically complex programs with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Strong experience working with enterprise customers and distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, risk management, and program execution at scale.
  • Expertise in at least two of the following: Data centers, Industrial controls, HVAC/mission-critical cooling, or AI/ML applications in industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and risk management frameworks.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale customer programs including multi-site and highly customized deployments.
  • Lead program strategy, planning, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing program leader and trusted advisor.
  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams on solution configuration and delivery.
  • Manage high-complexity engagements, navigating ambiguity and prioritizing competing demands.
  • Lead executive-level communication and present program status, risks, and technical concepts.
  • Proactively identify program risks and lead initiatives to update delivery playbooks.
  • Align evolving customer needs with long-term product and company direction.
  • Establish and continuously improve program management best practices and documentation standards.
  • Lead internal initiatives and mentor other TPMs on project execution.
