Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program or project management experience.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, technically complex programs with high levels of ambiguity.
- Strong experience working with enterprise customers and distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, risk management, and program execution at scale.
- Expertise in at least two of the following: Data centers, Industrial controls, HVAC/mission-critical cooling, or AI/ML applications in industrial environments.
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and risk management frameworks.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale customer programs including multi-site and highly customized deployments.
- Lead program strategy, planning, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing program leader and trusted advisor.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams on solution configuration and delivery.
- Manage high-complexity engagements, navigating ambiguity and prioritizing competing demands.
- Lead executive-level communication and present program status, risks, and technical concepts.
- Proactively identify program risks and lead initiatives to update delivery playbooks.
- Align evolving customer needs with long-term product and company direction.
- Establish and continuously improve program management best practices and documentation standards.
- Lead internal initiatives and mentor other TPMs on project execution.
