Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, development infrastructure, or related technology-focused program leadership roles.
  • Experience leading medium-to-large scale technology solution implementations within automation, AI-enabled systems, or advanced infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software delivery methodologies, and engineering best practices.
  • Experience utilizing project management and issue tracking systems to manage execution and delivery.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams while managing competing priorities and delivering results.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their application to business process optimization initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program planning and execution across multiple cross-functional teams, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive alignment and decision-making among engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
  • Coordinate implementation of technology solutions focused on automation, AI-enabled systems, and advanced infrastructure initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, documentation, stakeholder communications, and operational cadences.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs while developing mitigation strategies and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Utilize project and issue tracking systems to maintain execution transparency, accountability, and delivery progress.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements using data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices.
  • Support organizational change management, adoption planning, and rollout activities to maximize business impact and user adoption.
