Requirements
- Advanced Italian and English proficiency.
- In-depth gaming knowledge.
- Fast learner, takes initiative and excels at troubleshooting.
- Dedicated quiet workspace.
- Minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s download and 15 Mb/s upload with latency < 120 ms.
- 8 GB RAM.
- Windows 11 (except S Mode) or macOS 13.0 or newer.
- CPU Mark of at least 9220 (8th Gen Intel or 2nd Gen Ryzen or above).
- GPU with a G3D Rating of 4806 (GTX 760 or stronger).

Responsibilities
- Handle customer support issues for an assigned game studio.
- Help players with account and technical issues.
- Resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries.
- Work with a team of agents under the guidance of a Team Lead and an Operations Manager.
- Take assisted training modules.
- Stay on top of client's newest projects, updates, past releases, and branding.
