  • Capacity to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Suitable remote working environment free from distractions

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries through live chat, phone, and email support
  • Resolve escalations, operational issues, and time-sensitive cases quickly and professionally
  • Support multiple Wolt markets, countries, user types, and ticket flows
  • Maintain a high-quality customer experience using empathy and clear communication
  • Follow internal processes, company policies, playbooks, and operational guidelines
  • Use multiple support tools, knowledge bases, and communication channels concurrently
  • Stay updated with new processes, market changes, and training materials
