Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
  • Proven success in outbound lead generation, booking meetings and building pipeline
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized, resilient, and goal-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
  • Fluency in English (C2 or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target accounts in the HRTech and mid-market space.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Consistently create and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to support revenue growth targets.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and assess fit for Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions.
  • Partner with Account Executives to hand over high-quality leads and ensure smooth pipeline progression.
  • Identify new market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activity.
  • Where appropriate, move opportunities forward and close deals, gaining exposure to the full sales cycle.
