Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise software sales.
- Business-level fluency in English and either Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a pipeline of enterprise software opportunities across assigned territory, focusing on Global 1000 clients.
- Sell a portfolio of infrastructure and application software solutions that support enterprise system modernization.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve revenue targets and strategic growth objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and extended teams to generate leads and support campaigns.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity tracking using Salesforce.
- Support pricing and contract negotiations in coordination with sales leadership.
- Act as a customer advocate throughout the sales cycle.
