Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise software sales.
  • Business-level fluency in English and either Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional sales teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a pipeline of enterprise software opportunities across assigned territory, focusing on Global 1000 clients.
  • Sell a portfolio of infrastructure and application software solutions that support enterprise system modernization.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve revenue targets and strategic growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and extended teams to generate leads and support campaigns.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity tracking using Salesforce.
  • Support pricing and contract negotiations in coordination with sales leadership.
  • Act as a customer advocate throughout the sales cycle.
