Requirements
- 6–8 years of project management experience in specialty or luxury retail.
- Experience in retail renovations or special projects preferred.
- Proficiency with Project Management Software (Procore, PlanGrid, Smartsheets, etc.).
- Knowledge of retail labor and material costs.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate contractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle for renovation and special projects (up to 10/year).
- Liaise between store teams, HQ, and external contractors.
- Define project milestones and detailed phasing schedules.
- Manage bidding and vendor award processes.
- Coordinate owner-supplied materials via Vendor Delivery Schedule.
- Lead weekly OAC meetings and review shop drawings/submittals.
- Maintain budget forecasts with Construction Finance Manager.
- Perform site visits and manage contractor punch lists.
- Ensure final project closeout and tenant allowance documentation.
