- Analyze inventory shrink results and develop loss-reduction strategies with Retail Operations, district leadership, and store leadership.
- Assess high-shrink and high-risk sanctuaries and create measurable action plans.
- Use exception-based reporting, POS data, inventory reporting, RFID, CCTV, case-management systems, and AI-enabled tools to identify loss and risk trends.
- Conduct internal and external investigations into theft, fraud, organized retail crime, cash loss, and integrity concerns.
- Prepare investigative reports, findings, and recommendations, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant partners.
- Manage physical-security standards, systems, training, and third-party security providers across the assigned region.
- Conduct site-risk and vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements.
- Respond to reported incidents and support store and district leaders during elevated security or safety situations.
- Coach and train store teams on asset protection, theft prevention, operational controls, workplace safety, and incident reporting.
- Build partnerships with field leadership, law enforcement, security providers, and cross-functional teams.
