Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or Product analytics environment.
- Proven experience in funnel analysis and optimization.
- Strong A/B testing expertise.
- Strong business acumen and project management skills.
- Expert-level SQL proficiency including window functions.
- Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Metabase).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end funnel analysis across all product areas.
- Analyze user journeys through activation, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with Product teams to prioritize and measure funnel improvement initiatives.
- Define and track customer value metrics and business KPIs.
- Create insightful dashboards regarding product improvements.
- Autonomously design and lead A/B tests.
- Proactively propose experiments to optimize conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain data models using dbt.
- Optimize BigQuery queries using clustering/partitioning.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and mentor junior analysts.
