Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 2+ years in payroll, commissions, or accounting operations.
- Payroll processing experience (multi-state and global preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems.
- Calculate commissions payments on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Reconcile commissions payouts against bookings and revenue data.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding payroll/commissions.
- Coordinate annual updates to Commissions Plan.
- Process payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and rate changes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
- Facilitate payroll and financial audits.
