Requirements

  • Hired and managed remote, globally distributed technical Operations teams (10+).
  • Managed end-to-end deployment programs (IoT or analogous).
  • Built and executed in-store hardware installation programs.
  • Managed global operational vendor and third-party relationships.
  • Sourced and managed hardware vendors, forecasted demand, and negotiated pricing.
  • Experience with network operations and reliability.
  • Established and achieved KPIs for large-scale hardware programs.
  • Built customer support models including support tiers and ticketing.
  • Partnered with Sales to translate commitments into delivery plans.
  • Led global change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead regional Operations organizations across Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Oversee end-to-end in-store installation programs across various store formats.
  • Create playbooks, SLAs, and repeatable deployment models for global use.
  • Manage global field partners, installers, and on-site maintenance resources.
  • Lead IoT fleet rollouts ensuring hardware, software, and content sync.
  • Run 24/7/365 network monitoring, escalation, and remediation.
  • Build global support tiers (L1/L2/L3) and manage customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs: uptime, deployment velocity, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead global change management to embed new tools and automation.
