Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing
- Current RN license
- Current board certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing education or content development
- Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring a team
- Strong understanding of both RN and PN scope of practice
- Fluent in English with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Docs
- Strong preference for prior editorial experience in nursing or medical content
Responsibilities
- Oversee development, launch, and improvement of nursing materials including NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN, and high-stakes exams.
- Manage and coordinate a team of contracted and part-time nursing content editors.
- Partner with technology teams on AI-driven question generation and output review.
- Perform quality assurance and psychometric edits on exam items.
- Develop topic identifiers, learning objectives, and question generation frameworks.
- Write and maintain style, grammar, and image guidelines.
- Collaborate with copy editing, illustration, and content operations teams.
- Support content marketing initiatives with nursing expertise.
