- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- Experience in complex data manipulation
- Experience in automating manual processes
- Comfort using AI tools like Claude
- Understanding of international accounting nuances such as transfer pricing (preferred)
- Experience with Ordway, Ramp, Cube, Coupler, or SaasAnt (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Translate SOW contract terms into subscription models within Ordway
- Manage daily Ordway operations with oversight from the Assistant Controller
- Ensure seamless synchronization between Ordway and QuickBooks Online
- Assist Head of Finance and Controller with data requests and reporting
- Audit data across financial systems to ensure reliability
- Use Coupler and SaasAnt to manipulate and import data
- Propose and implement streamlined workflows for the financial tech stack
