Requirements
- 3-5 years in a Data Analytics or Pricing focused role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, optimization)
- Experience with Looker (LookML), Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Familiarity with GitHub/Version Control and project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Experience in PBM or Healthcare industry (specifically pharmacy claims data) is a significant plus
- Ability to take a messy business requirement and translate it into a clean, repeatable technical specification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and refine complex pricing models in SQL and Looker to automate and enhance the accuracy of client savings projections.
- Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications for the development and validation of our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) in collaboration with the Data Analytics and Engineering groups.
- Coordinate directly with Data and Engineering teams to ensure pricing logic is aligned with broader company data architecture and product roadmaps.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Pricing Analytics codebase, adhering to best practices for development, rigorous audit protocols, and code reviews.
- Maintain a transparent project roadmap for pricing tool enhancements and create detailed technical documentation for all pipelines and internal logic.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support to the Submission Pod for highly complex ad-hoc analyses.
- Execute deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and provide clear insights on findings.
- Develop a complete understanding of reporting needs and work cross-functionally to scope projects and develop self-service BI reporting.
