Requirements
- Background in mechanical systems, HVAC, or related field.
- Working knowledge of pipe design and mechanical system layouts.
- Hands-on commissioning experience.
- Familiarity with flush and fill procedures for closed-loop hydronic or process cooling systems.
- Familiarity with industrial HVAC systems (chillers, pumps, cooling equipment).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, or similar.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for equipment startups and integrated system testing (IST).
- Attend project meetings and serve as a point of contact for milestone tracking.
- Track and communicate project status updates to leadership.
- Review project documentation and schedules to identify risks.
- Manage resource coordination across multiple active projects.
- Collaborate with mechanical install teams to align milestones.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and customers/general contractors.
- Oversee flush and fill procedures in the field.
- Conduct post-startup follow-ups and system performance confirmation.
- Travel to customer sites for startups and testing (50%).
