- Cloud SaaS deployment model experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop operation workflows for clients.
- Manage detailed communication plans and status reports.
- Align operational functions with client needs and company objectives.
- Prioritize professional service projects based on ROI and technical impact.
- Ensure achievement of customer SLAs.
- Provide go-live support, evaluate results, and document lessons learned.
- Perform process testing and coordinate issue resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to design new programs.
- Research client issues and implement technical optimizations.
- Train client technical staff on hardware and software.
