Requirements
- Located in Spain.
- 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams.
- Proficiency with project management techniques.
- Direct experience with observability (o11y) tools.
- Expertise in best practices for observability stacks (visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, traces).
- Experience with Grafana products (Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex, Loki, Jaeger/Tempo).
- Proven track record of successful enterprise observability implementations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, Tanka).
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Responsibilities
- Work with business executives, project managers, and IT development staff to understand business needs.
- Distill business needs into technical requirements.
- Design solutions including data visualization, workflow recommendations, and enterprise architecture.
- Act as a functional lead and facilitate workshops with customers.
- Accelerate the delivery of solutions.
- Advocate for adherence to standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Product and Engineering to drive product improvements.
