Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Math, CS, Design or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX design
- Strong background in both user research and interface design
- Experience working on an agile team
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with UX for web and mobile applications
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Perfect English skills; both written and oral
- Residence in İstanbul city center
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through surveys, focus groups, and other methods to gather insights into user needs and behaviors
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends that inform design decisions
- Use data and user research to inform the design of user interfaces, ensuring that designs are both user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for product designs
- Test and validate designs through user testing and other methods
- Continuously monitor and improve the design of our products based on user feedback and usage data
- Provide recommendations for additional data and telemetry to collect to better understand user behavior
