- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborative nature working between design and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Grow our design system by building component libraries and design tokens.
- Ship beautiful, functional experiences from concept to production.
- Translate complex agricultural finance workflows into intuitive interfaces.
- Champion product craft and establish quality standards.
- Scale frontend architecture, infrastructure, and tooling.
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering disciplines.
