Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical design.
- Experience in cloud architecture and integration solutions.
- Knowledge of system design, API development, and infrastructure management.
- 1+ years of leadership experience in technical teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
- Foundational knowledge in scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in AI assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or CoPilot.
- Ability to conduct technical scoping, subtasking, and estimation.
Responsibilities
- Lead development teams to ensure sprint commitments are met.
- Architect complex systems that leverage AI capabilities.
- Lead software estimation efforts and establish DevOps processes.
- Conduct technical reviews and address performance issues.
- Coach project team members and manage escalations.
- Propose new processes to streamline delivery.
- Conduct technical planning, subtasking, and advance research.
