Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in Cards Issuance and stablecoin payments.
- Experience building and scaling financial products from 0 to 1.
- Strong technical acumen with API-driven products.
- Deep understanding of payment processing or banking-as-a-service (BaaS) models.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for new Stablecoin-based fintech products.
- Build and scale embedded finance solutions in card issuance and payments.
- Execute and manage product launches cross-functionally.
- Conduct customer and market research on Payments industry trends.
- Prioritize product features and optimizations using data and analytics.
- Partner with fintech ecosystem stakeholders including banks and networks.
