- Strong UX instincts and ability to provide actionable design direction
- Ability to synthesize ambiguous user inputs into action plans
- Experience shipping in undefined roles/environments
- Technical knowledge to discuss architecture with engineering
- Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with empathy and rigor
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for every aspect of your products, from concept to go-to-market and post-launch iteration
- Go deep with users and customers to understand their needs and translate them into clear building decisions
- Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0) to prototype concepts and stress-test ideas
- Form and advocate for strong UX design opinions
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders
- Work with engineering and AI/ML partners to deliver products
- Prioritize features by communicating costs and benefits
