Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations, analytics, strategy, FP&A, or other related fields
  • Highly analytical with experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience building forecasting models, performance models, and scalable reporting frameworks
  • Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and BI/data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Hex
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience automating reporting or scaling analytical workflows
  • Experience using AI tools to drive productivity

Responsibilities

  • Become the go-to strategic partner for your business area by building the data fluency, reporting, and analytical rigor
  • Surface performance trends, risks, and opportunities through thoughtful analysis
  • Deliver timely reporting and insights that support day-to-day decisions, quarterly planning, and executive visibility
  • Own key components of annual sales planning and forecasting processes
  • Shape sales strategy by translating business priorities into planning assumptions, targets, and operational recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, BDR, FP&A, and Operations
  • Support high-impact initiatives and ad hoc analyses
  • Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
