Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations, analytics, strategy, FP&A, or other related fields
- Highly analytical with experience working with large, complex datasets
- Experience building forecasting models, performance models, and scalable reporting frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and BI/data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Hex
- Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience automating reporting or scaling analytical workflows
- Experience using AI tools to drive productivity
Responsibilities
- Become the go-to strategic partner for your business area by building the data fluency, reporting, and analytical rigor
- Surface performance trends, risks, and opportunities through thoughtful analysis
- Deliver timely reporting and insights that support day-to-day decisions, quarterly planning, and executive visibility
- Own key components of annual sales planning and forecasting processes
- Shape sales strategy by translating business priorities into planning assumptions, targets, and operational recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, BDR, FP&A, and Operations
- Support high-impact initiatives and ad hoc analyses
- Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
