Requirements
- Proven product leadership at scale with multi-product portfolio ownership.
- Experience managing, developing, and mentoring product managers.
- Proven track record of shipping LLM or agentic systems in production at enterprise scale.
- Knowledge of failure modes such as hallucination, opaque reasoning, and provenance gaps.
- Domain depth in compliance, investigations, fraud, intelligence, KYB/KYC, or AML.
- Experience managing enterprise product cycles with regulatory scrutiny.
- Strong technical foundation to communicate with ML and platform engineers.
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, develop, and grow a team of product managers.
- Set the 12-to-18-month product strategy and portfolio roadmap.
- Make explicit investment tradeoffs across the product portfolio.
- Shape agentic workflows, reasoning, and provenance chains.
- Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for agentic outputs.
- Conduct structured discovery with enterprise customers (investigators, compliance).
- Partner with ML, platform, and design teams on architecture decisions.
- Support GTM through product knowledge transfer for enterprise deals.
- Define and monitor key metrics to measure portfolio outcomes.
