Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 years of brand or agency design experience, and brand strategy
- Experience leading branding projects from research through delivery
- Experience producing performance marketing assets including email campaigns and static digital ads
- Online portfolio required
- Native/Fluent in English
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including building/maintaining design systems
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Keynote
- Understanding of branding, typography, and social media
- Ability to work EST business hours
Responsibilities
- Lead the production of design drafts and mock-ups
- Develop consistent, engaging, and timely deliverables for various platforms including marketing emails, social content, presentations, and web layouts
- Engage in collaborative design solutions to complex problems
- Adhere to style standards based on client style guides and/or branding
- Maintain a high level of organization for print and digital files and materials
- Participate in agency team meetings and professional development check-ins
