Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related field
- Expertise in SQL, Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and modeling
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Service-oriented and collaborative influence style
- Proven ability to craft and present a business analysis
- Experience making decisions based on business metrics
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Utilize business intelligence tools to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to executive management.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop strategies to streamline processes.
- Establish and monitor KPIs that align with company strategic goals.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication.
- Lead the implementation of process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Optimize resource allocation across departments based on data-driven insights.
